Aisling is a specialist advisor in our Restructuring and Insolvency division and has been with the firm from its inception. Specialising in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy, Aisling has been helping clients across Ireland for more than 15 years, finding practical financial solutions that meet their business and individual needs to restructure their debts and start afresh.

Working across business and personal insolvency matters, Aisling has an extensive breadth of knowledge and experience in finding a way through financial problems for her clients. From Administrations and Liquidations to Voluntary Arrangements and Personal Bankruptcy, Aisling works to find the right solution for her client, often up against tight timelines on statutory demands, winding up petitions or bankruptcy petitions. She has secured significant debt write-downs for clients in negative equity situations in recent years working with lenders across the UK and Ireland.

With her specialty also in advising clients inside and outside of bankruptcy, Aisling is adept at offering professional advice on bankruptcy annulments, bankruptcy restriction orders and income payments orders. She also advises on writs, summons, CCJs and EJOs.
